Access Denied Error Code 5 - Bug Doctor Installation

Solution

Are you running Vista on the machine that you are receiving the Access Denied, Error Code 5 error?

If so, go to the Bug Doctor setup.exe file >Right Click on it> Select "Run as Admin". This has to do with the way Vista has its User Access Control (UAC) permissions set up.
